LOCATION

​DIVISIONS

• U8 - U10 Skills Camp will be held at First Christian Church of Inverness Gymnasium at 2018 Colonnade St in Inverness.
• U12 - U15 Skills Camp will be held in the Inverness Middle School Gymnasium.
• All Regular Season games will be held at the Inverness Middle School Gymnasium.  The individual team practice location will be at the discretion of the individual coaches.

U-8 = Ages 6-8
U-10 = Ages 9-10
U-12 = Ages 11-12
U-15 = Ages 13-15
(Player's division is based on their age
​as of July 1, 2025 for Summer Camp
and September 1, 2025 for Regular Season )

Basic league rules

Rules of Play

• 2 Timeouts per half
• 3 minutes overtime when needed (1 timeout for overtime)
• No carryovers for timeouts
• 5 minute halftime
• All players must play a minimum of 1 quarter (8 minutes) per game
• Foul Rule- 5 Foul disqualification
• A “Running Clock” will be in effect. Regular clock stoppages will resume with 1 minute left in the 2nd quarter and 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter

U-10 Division- (6 minute quarters, 28.5 size ball)

• No full court defense, defenders must get back, except for the final minute of the fourth quarter.
• All shooting fouls will be 1 shot for 2 points. (Shooting Fouls on made baskets will automatically be 3 points).
• 1&1 for all fouls under 2 minutes of the 4th quarter (2 shots on shooting fouls).

U-12 Division- (7 minute quarters, Regular 29.5 size ball)

• You can press last 3 minutes of game unless you are up by more than 10 points, then you cannot press
• All shooting fouls will be 1 shot for 2 points. 1&1 for all fouls under 2 minutes of the 4th quarter (2 shots on shooting fouls).

U-15 Division- (7 minute quarters, Regular 29.5 size ball)

• High School Rules.
• No team ahead by more than 20 points is allowed to full court press.
• No more than 5 school players on a team.
• All shooting fouls will be 1 shot for 2 points. 1&1 for all fouls under 2 minutes of the 4th quarter (2 shots on shooting fouls).
